The principle is that of a skills assessment of a person by his professional circle at levels N+1, N and N-1. The 360° is generated on the basis of a preliminary in-depth discussion, once the needs have been translated into skills and the tools adapted as necessary (a 360° questionnaire adapted to the zones to be explored, depending on needs).
A written report supplemented with verbal feedback is then presented to the other relevant people in the hierarchy and the person who has been assessed. A three-way discussion is also suggested, as a basis for further development measures.
